In this episode we talk about the problems of status quo business culture and leadership strategies, creating safe containers for conversation, organizations as complex systems and a vision for the future of work.

Alla is also a colleague of mine and we are partnering on a project to transform workplace cultures into safe places for humans. Together we call our business Spoke and Wheel. We do leadership coaching, team training and consultation for workplace culture transformation.
