You are being recruited to help build a future that includes all of us. To do this you are asked to make a simple commitment: Strive to bring forward your best and most proud version of yourself and help others do the same.
We are all in this together and this means the we all need to step into the game of co-creating our world. This also means that we'll all need help removing the obstacles to our self expression (hint: everyone has shadows they need help with).
I've written a song for the Fractal Friends. It is called "The Trees," and here are the lyrics:

I look to the trees.
To see, to see
all the ways we can be.
The leaves, you see,

They are part of one big home.
Diversity

which helps us to see
that we all have a role
to play in the whole.

The sea, the sea,

The waves, you see,

They ebb and they flow,
up, down, to and fro.
And they are each unique
yet make up one great sea.

there are so many ways to know,

for other ways to see,

I look to countries.
To see, to see
all the ways we can be.
The laws, you see,
are just like you and me.
They strive to know
right, wrong, yes and no.
And they are incomplete.
They only hint at a greater need.
I know, yes I know,
there are so many ways to know,
so I’ll search and I’ll seek
for other ways to see,
like...
...me, yes me,
I even look to me
to see, oh to see,
all the ways we can be.
My thoughts, you see,
are just like you and me.
They come and they go,
give the illusion of my own ego.
And while I do have my needs
I am part of one family.
